How long does delivery take?
US orders typically arrive within 5โ7 business days. International orders take 7โ14 business days depending on destination. We process and pack most orders within 1โ2 business days.
My tracking number isn't updating โ is that normal?
Yes โ it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please reach out and we'll check the status with the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at staff@odesocks.com and we'll update your address right away. Once shipped, address changes unfortunately can't be made.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it.
First, check with neighbors and any safe places around your home where the carrier might have left it. If you still can't find your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier or send a replacement.
